If you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason, you can return your items for a refund or exchange.

Please send the remainder of the opened jerky in its package to the address below. There will be no refund if all the jerky in the package has been consumed.
No refunds or exchanges for items returned after 30 days of purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please call for a credit return number before returning the jerky.
